The plug-and-play revenue systems overnight claim is where I start getting skeptical. Automation takes integration time, troubleshooting, team training. Overnight is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence.

What I appreciate is that this lays out what to actually look for instead of just hyping up workshops in general. Asking whether the presenter uses these AI tools with their own clients is such a basic but important question most people skip.

The vetting process goes both ways though. I've applied to a couple of these high-end programs that required interviews and honestly felt more like they were just filtering for budget than for fit. Worth being aware of that.

Hospitality sector here, the demand for automation tools is very real right now. Scheduling, guest comms, review responses. If a workshop can show me how to systemize even two of those I'm interested.

The notebook full of theories and no execution plan line hit hard. That was literally my experience at a Phoenix mastermind in 2022. Glad more coaches seem to be shifting toward hands-on technical onboarding.

North Scottsdale venues are getting pretty saturated with these events honestly. Would like to know which specific programs are actually doing the live implementation work versus just talking about it on stage.

Love the point about benchmarks. Coming in with actual lead cost numbers and deal cycle data instead of just vibes is the difference between getting real ROI and just feeling motivated for a week.

Genuine question, are these workshops typically a one-time weekend format or more of a rolling monthly cohort situation? The article mentions check-ins but doesn't really say how long the programs run.

I've been to three of these types of events in the past two years and the follow-through support is always where they fall apart. Sounds like some programs here are actually solving for that which is encouraging.

The application and readiness interview requirement is actually a green flag for me. If anyone with a credit card can get in, the room quality drops fast and so does the value.

Scottsdale real estate is exactly the sector that needs this. Half the agents I know are still manually following up with leads via text. The CRM integration piece alone would save them hours every week.

The 30-day pre-engagement rule is something I wish I had known before I dropped $3k on a weekend workshop in Tempe last year. Showed up totally cold and left with a binder I never opened.
